My prediction (prayer)— Lake will take it to SCOTUS & win.
EXPERTS agreed & testified UNDER OATH that the sabotage was intentional. Which forced Judge Thompson to make the insane statement that “some forms of INTENTIONAL election sabotage could be without malicious intent”?!
What a joke.
The definition per law:
“Act of Sabotage means a subversive act or series of such acts committed for political, religious or ideological purposes including the intention to influence any government..”
“To rig with a hidden destructive mechanism, to derail the efforts of another, to destroy property of an adversary.”
So “SOME forms” of rigging & derailing elections for the political purpose of influencing government are ok?!
And the election destruction WAS INTENTIONAL, but without malicious INTENT?!
The left just screwed themselves with this one bc at the SCOTUS level, a decision will set PRECEDENT. Which means Trump can use it to LEGALLY (& Constitutionally) reverse the 2020 Election.
