IRAN GULF NEWS: is USA about to leave the region for good but in flames ?
USA is looking to target Irans infrastructure and completely destroy the country which means the retaliation would also be severe again the Gulf countries.
Saudi snd Gulf countries are no longer sending money to USA and it’s costing USA taxpayers more to stay in the region and protect these Gulf countries.
The U.S. is perhaps preparing to completely abandon Gulf countries, as Trump envoy Tom Barrack directly warns Gulf allies that Washington can no longer guarantee their security indefinitely, telling regional officials in Doha that they must take responsibility for their own defense, signalling the end of the U.S. security umbrella in the Middle East, per the Wall Street Journal.
Barrack said the 80-year-old U.S. security-for-oil arrangement is no longer sustainable, pointing to regional defense partnerships as the way forward. The warning comes as Gulf states face Iranian strikes on U.S. military infrastructure and growing uncertainty over Washington’s future military commitment to the region.
Opinion : The Gulf region is no longer a benefit to the USA , they are losing more money than making . I think USA will start a major offensive which will turn the whole region in flames and then they will leave ,
Most likely they will keep the money the Gulfs have invested in USA and IF any regime change occurs In Gulf they will use that excuse to Sanction snd freeze the funds . We are talking trillions .
However The Moment Trump Leaves the Iran War, the Petrodollar Dies Forever
Professor Jiang explains how the US economy is like a giant Ponzi scheme dependent on Gulf nations investing in American tech. If Iran forces the Gulf to abandon the petrodollar for food security, the US economy will face total collapse and revolution in the streets.
For 50 years the petrodollar system forced the world to buy oil in U.S. dollars, then recycle those dollars into U.S. Treasuries and assets. That artificial demand is what kept the dollar as the world’s reserve currency.
These same Gulf States are massively leveraged. They’ve borrowed heavily from Western banks to fund megaprojects, sovereign wealth plays, and lifestyle. When the oil money stops, they default.
