JUST IN: YEMENI HOUTHI STATEMENT ON ISRAELI BOMBING

Hazam al-Assad, Yemeni Houthi Political Bureau:

[The Israeli attack] “is a failure and will only bring the enemy disappointment.”

He stressed that the movement’s priority is stopping the assault and lifting the siege on Gaza, declaring that Yemenis:

“will continue to support and aid our people (Palestinians) there, whatever the cost.”

He added that Israel’s actions would not secure victory, saying its “inevitable fate is annihilation, defeat, and disappointment” and that its “entity has no legitimacy at all.”

Yes, it's a great loss for us, but it wasn't a loss for nothing.

Rather, it's a loss for the most noble, honorable, and respected cause known to history. The Prime Minister has leftb us along with other ministers, but millions of Yemenis remain.

We lost great men, but we didn't lose our honor, our humanity, or our principles.

We lost a lot, but compared to the cause we stand with, it's very little. Our position remains unchanged. We will not abandon Gaza, we will not stop. The martyrdom of our great men will only increase our resolve.
