De VAE heeft gefunctioneerd als een Trojaans paard voor de Amerikaanse en Israëlische macht in het Midden-Oosten. Het huisvest bases, inlichtingenactiva en financiële netwerken terwijl het Iran prikkelt vanaf de overkant van de Golf.
