️BREAKING:When Israel’s President Herzog was asked whether standing at a solemn memorial site gave him pause over the 70,000 killed in Gaza, including 20,000 children, he dismissed the protests as efforts to “undermine and delegitimize” Israel’s “right to exist,” insisting Israel “did not seek that war.”
Herzog invoked Australia as a historic ally, cited October 7 as justification, and ended with a call to “fight terror together,” claiming terrorism is what makes peace impossible.
He never acknowledged the crimes committed by Israel, he doubled down.
