Here might be a few reasons why Erika could be jealous.
Candace is a Superior Intellect.
Candace has far more to offer this world. Way back then, now, and forever.
Candace was likely the first and most important woman other than Charlie's mom who entered his life.

Candace/Charlie are linked forever. While he was alive and after he passed.
Candace was instrumental in helping Charlie from afar as well. A confidant, a sounding board, a go to. Plus she was a speaker each year.
While C & C had a plutonic friendship, they experienced things that some husbands and wives never get to experience.
Candace has a following that hang on her every word. Erika's following as the Widow of Charlie Kirk is reducing every day, because they realize all of the above and whole lot more. They are learning who Erika Kirk really is!
Erika Kirk/The Rep/Dem and Israel are leading the charge to try to destroy Candace. Andrew Wilson was the latest bad actor to try.
