Als de olie waar in de Rotterdamse raffinaderijen benzine en diesel van wordt gemaakt uit Amerika en de Noordzee komt waarom zou er dan over 10 dagen geen brandstof meer zijn in Europa? Stopt Amerika met de levering van olie?
