Five Months BEFORE Charlie Kirk Was Killed, Erika Kirk's Mother PARTNERED With A Man From PROVO Who DOESN'T Exist Online— And Looks Strikingly SIMILAR To The Alleged Assassin.
Nobody has explained why, in April 2025, an accountant suddenly became the registered address of Lori Frantzve's companies — or why the family member who had been on that paperwork for twenty years was quietly erased from it.
Start with the family, because almost nobody knows it exists. A recent Vanity Fair article mentions Erika Kirk's stepsister, Tanya Seagrest — a woman so far outside the frame that we have to say allegedly. We know it is her because the address on the AZ Tech International formation documents matches Tanya Seagrest's known address, which matches the printed birth announcement of her son, where she is listed as Tanya Fransphei. Lori had Tanya at nineteen; the father is unknown. Ten years later Lori met Kent Frantzve and had Erika. Lori is now with Larry Guinta.
Tanya Seagrest has been on the business paperwork for E3 Tech Group Inc. since 2005. Her private residence in Ohio has been listed as the principal office address for years, while the known place of business sits at Lori's personal residence in Scottsdale, Arizona. Far-fetched? It is on the filing.
Then April 2025. E Force One LLC is created. Tanya is completely gone from the paperwork, and the only address listed on the company is the personal home of Donald Hoffman, Lori's accountant of more than ten years. The mortgage paperwork confirms it is Hoffman's house. Then April 2026, he does it again — E3 Tech Group is refiled, the daughter removed, every address redirected to Hoffman's home. And this is the part nobody teaches you: never let your accountant put your business under his home address, because with his address on your documents he can walk into a bank and open accounts and credit cards under it, and you would never know. He is authorized. That is the whole trick.
And it was not just him. The new company arrived with new partners Lori does not appear to have worked with before: Brian Kennedy and Michael Mallory, both of an outside firm called Sim Visor. Kennedy bills himself as a serial entrepreneur, writer, humorist, teacher, software and AI geek, musician, husband, father, digital marketer — and pastor. His websites are generic text and stock images with no faces, no offices, and no proof anyone works there, and his charming Main Street retail storefront, Toasted Pixie, sells luggage, boots and handbags that do not appear anywhere in the photo of the shop.
AND NOW LOOK AT THE FACE
Michael Mallory — the co-founder, the man in Provo, the one nobody can find — looks strikingly like the figure in the stairwell that the FBI released as the alleged assassin. More so, frankly, than Tyler Robinson does. Pull the two stills up side by side and try to unsee it. Same build, same hairline, same shape of the head, same way of carrying himself.
And then remember the part that makes it worse. This man is a ghost. No Instagram. No Facebook. No X. No press. No interviews. No headshots beyond a single LinkedIn photo. No trace of "Mallory Management" anywhere on the internet. Not a single client, review, address, or invoice. In 2026, a man with a co-founder title, a business partner, a live company filing, and a page of his own left no digital paper trail whatsoever.
Provo, Utah. Let that sit for a second. Five months before Charlie Kirk was killed on a campus minutes from Provo, Lori Frantzve formed a company inside her accountant's house with a man nobody can find and a military-looking stranger from the town next door to the crime scene — right in the middle of whatever was building toward Charlie's letter to Netanyahu, on top of a family business history that has already brushed against covert military work.
An accountant who now holds the mailing address, a co-founder whose face matches the images of thr alleged assin seen in the stairwell, and a company formed minutes from a murder site five months early. Either this is the sloppiest bookkeeping in Arizona — or somebody was building something.
Not accusing anyone of murder or any crime. Just strange things in the paperwork that deserve a look.
