+972 Magazine reports that the U.S. has been quietly deporting Palestinian men via ICE to the occupied West Bank, an unusual and opaque practice.

In January, eight Palestinians were flown in shackles on a private jet from the U.S. to Tel Aviv, then handed over under Israeli security and released at a West Bank checkpoint.

Lawyers say the deportations lacked due process and may violate international law, including non-refoulement, raising serious legal and human-rights concerns about a covert U.S.–Israeli operation involving U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and transfers to the West Bank.
